With the correct installation into your home's ceilings or walls, the heat gain in summer and heat loss in winter can be reduced by up to 70%.
Premium PolyBatts® performance
The performance of insulation batts is determined by the R-value. The higher the R-value, the more effective the insulation.
PolyBatts are available in a range of R-values, from R1.5 to R3.5, to suit all climate zones throughout Australia. For performances greater than R3.5, the batts may be doubled up, for example two layers of R2.0 batts will provide a total performance of R4.0, which may be required in some regions.

PolyBatts is a premium quality polyester insulation that meets the requirements of the Australian Insulation Standard (AS/NZS4859.1) and the Building Code of Australia (BCA) - your guarantee of performance. Not all insulation products meet these requirements, so if in doubt, stick with PINK®.
